d-Docs will conduct pre-site visit conference calls with key personnel within your organization (development team, network team, etc.) to ensure that your installation goes as smoothly as possible. We will not begin the installation process until you feel comfortable with what is going to happen and most importantly, we understand EXACTLY what your expectations and requirements are.
